Published!

We published the book today!  Promotional copies arrive on December 3rd and the book should be available on Amazon and Amazon.eu by November 19.

We celebrated with a banquet of international food – Japanese sushi, Hawaiian manapua, Italian olives, French olives, French cheese and baguettes, roasted red bell peppers, American green beans with portobello mushrooms, Italian dry salami, German bologna, prosciutto, Japanese mochi, Taiwanese fruit sticks, Philippine Puto Cheese cakes, Rainbow Fugetsu-Do, persimmons,Swiss Rolls, Baumkuchen, and sparkling apple cider.  The Kindle edition is next!
